When do I get my product? I ordered over a month ago!
All of Frill's products are made-to-order. Depending on the quantity of orders, production times may vary. Please reference each product page individually to see our current turn-around times. We know it feels like forever! But making everything to order helps us keep prices low for you! We do have inventory of our items though! If you want to receive a Frill skirt or dress within 7 business days, scroll down and look at all the pages under bridal. We have all of our inventory listed.
Frill accepts the following forms of credit card payment: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Your credit card will be charged at the time of purchase. Frill accepts checks for sorority orders only. This will be discussed when a sorority inquires about custom products.
Do you charge sales tax on any item?
Frill only charges sales tax for orders that are made in NC. If applicable, your sales tax will appear on the final checkout page.
Will I receive an e-mail confirmation/shipment tracking number?
You surely do! We send tracking receipts out to customers as soon as an order is shipped out. If you do not receive an email or message containing your tracking number after your order has changed from processing to shipped, please feel free to contact firstname.lastname@example.org to request one.
I live outside of the US, why do I need to pay a fee to receive my product?
Unfortunately, deliveries made outside of the US are often subject to Taxes and Duties that are charged by Customs. We understand that this is frustrating, but please note that our international shipping charges do not cover any custom duties and/or taxes that may apply to your package. If charged by the customs department, the customer is responsible for any charges. Frill LLC is not responsible, nor in control, of any additional taxes that may be applied. We are required, by law, to state the value of your order's contents. For more information, contact your local customs department. In some occasions, the customs process may delay delivery.
What if I don't like the color, or my item doesn't fit?
It is important to note that colors often vary slightly from the computer screen to the finished product. For this reason, Frill strongly recommends that consumers concerned with color, request a fabric swatch (Please see the “Contact Us” page for details). If the item does not fit, it may be returned to Frill for a full refund at Frill’s expense (Please see the return policy below for details). Referencing the size chart on each item page will greatly help ensure the fit of each product.
How do I know what size I am?
Please reference the size charts provided on each page. Our sizes differ slightly from other companies and our size chart was made specifically for our clients. If you are unsure about measuring yourself, Frill strongly recommends being professionally measured by a tailor.
In general, what is your return policy?
ONLINE ORDERS: Frill has a 14 day return policy. This means that any products you wish to return, must be ship back to us by the 14th day after you have received it. Product(s) can not be worn or damaged. Returns are accepted by mail. Please note: Frill will gladly issue a refund for the amount of the product, however, Frill does not refund shipping and handling charges. Frill is also not responsible for return shipping costs.
GROUP ORDERS: Frill Clothing does not accept returns or exchanges on all group orders. As such, Frill Clothing does not issue refunds of any kind for group orders.
I have damaged merchandise, can I return it?
In the unlikely event that you will receive defective merchandise from frillclothing.com, we will gladly replace your product. If you wish to completely return the product, please mail the product back to us with a note indicating the how the item is defective. If the item has been worn and damaged, we will be unable to accept the item for a return.
GROUP ORDERS: Should you receive a defective product please contact us within 14 days of receipt so we can best assist you with a solution.
Do your styles run true to size?
Frill's products run true to our size charts. Please note, though, that our size chart may vary slightly from other retailers. If you are unsure about sizing please check your measurements against our Size Guide. We do recommend for our Bridal pieces that you order a size up! You can always always always alter in but you can never alter out! Boutique item sizes may vary, please pay attention to each product's size chart.
Is it secure to enter my credit card information online?
What are cookies? Do I need to enable cookies when I'm shopping at frillclothing.com?
You should not need to enable any cookies while using our website.

Is gift packing available?
Unfortunately we don't offer gift packaging at this time.
What is the difference between sorority and bridal pricing?
Purchases made by greek chapters average at around 90 pieces. Due to these large quantities, our policy is to give them a discounted price from our normal price, as seen on the bridal page.
Do you have a store front?
Unfortunately, at this time Frill does not have a store front.
I would like to have bridal swatches sent to me before I make my purchase, what should I do?
We love sending out swatches to our brides! We know how important it is to have to exact right color! So, if you are interested in swatches, please visit our Bridal page and click the "Fabric" tab, then click the "Swatches" tab. From there you can select a variety of products to receive swatches of!

Frill shall not be held liable for the termination of this agreement. Upon the termination of this agreement, your right to use the site shall immediately terminate, as well.

This content, includes, but is not limited to text, images, photographs, graphics, logos, illustrations, descriptions, data and other material, as well as the arrangement and presentation thereof. These items maintain copyrights, trademarks, trade dress, and/or are intellectual property of Frill. This website, in its entirety, is protected by copyright and applicable trade dress. The content may contain errors, omissions, or typographical errors or may be out of date. Frill may change, delete, or update any content at any time and without prior notice. The content is provided for informational purposes only and is not binding on Frill in any way except to the extent it is specifically indicated to be so.
The site may be used only for lawful purposes and is available only for your personal, noncommercial use, which shall be limited to viewing the site, purchasing products, providing information to the site, and downloading product information for your personal review. Prices & Fees
All prices displayed on the site are quoted in U.S. Dollars. Frill may restrict delivery to addresses within the United States and Canada. Frill will add shipping and handling fees and applicable sales/use tax as necessary. Frill reserves the right to, without prior notice, discontinue or change specifications and prices on products and services offered on the site without incurring any obligation to you. Products displayed on the site are available while supplies last. The receipt by you of an order confirmation does not constitute Frill’s acceptance of an order. Prior to Frill’s acceptance of an order, verification of information may be required. Frill reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order, or any portion thereof, even after your receipt of an order confirmation from Frill, for any reason. Frill reserves the right to limit the order quantity on any item and to refuse service to any customer without prior notification. In the event that a product or service is listed at an incorrect price due to supplier pricing information or typographical error, Frill shall have the right to refuse or cancel orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price, regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Frill shall promptly issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
Although Frill has made every effort to display our products and their colors as accurately as possible, the displayed colors of the products depend upon the monitor of the user, and Frill cannot guarantee that the user's monitor will accurately portray the actual colors of the products. Products displayed may be out-of-stock or discontinued, and prices are subject to change. Frill is not responsible for typographical errors regarding price or any other matter.
Frill publishes information on its site as a convenience to its visitors. While Frill attempts to provide accurate and timely information, Frill makes no warranties or representations whatsoever with respect to the site or any linked site or its content.
There may be inadvertent technical or factual inaccuracies and typographical errors. We reserve the right to make corrections and changes to the site at any time without notice. The Frill products described in the site may not be available in your region. In no event shall Frill’s liability exceed the price you paid for the product or service that is the subject of the claim.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Frill, its subsidiaries and affiliates, Frill’s vendors, and each of their affiliates and related entities and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and costs (including but not limited to reasonable attorneys' fees and court costs), arising out of or relating to (i) your violation of these terms, (ii) any allegation that any information on material submitted by you violates any intellectual property rights of any third party, or (iii) any activity related to your account.
Any dispute relating in any way to these terms, your visit to the site, or to any purchase, return or other transaction with Frill shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in Raleigh, North Carolina. However, if you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate any Frill Intellectual Property right, we may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any state or federal court in the state of North Carolina. You consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in these courts. Any arbitration under this agreement and these terms shall be conducted under the prevailing rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitrator's award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated or representative action.
You agree to comply with all applicable laws, statutes, ordinances and regulations regarding your use of the Frill website and your purchase of items from Frill (if applicable) on the Frill site.
This agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of North Carolina, U.S.A., Without regards to conflicts of laws principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of any state or federal court located in the county of Wake of New York, U.S.A., And waive any jurisdictional, venue or inconvenient forum objections to such courts.
Thank you for choosing Frill! In an effort to make sure your products are received as quickly as possible, our shipping carriers often vary by order. No matter which carrier we choose, though, you shipping rates will always be reliable! For a general break down of shipping timelines and prices, please see below.
We ship internationally!
All orders placed with the “Boutique” division of Frill will be shipped out within 24 hours. Frill ships Monday – Friday, so all orders placed on the weekend will be send out first thing on Monday morning.
All orders placed in the “Bridal” division of Frill will be shipped out within 12 weeks. (These pieces are made to order, so they take longer to ship. The buyer will be notified upon shipment.) There is a flat rate of $12 for all bridal orders.
All orders placed in the “Sorority” division of Frill will be shipped out according to each accounts needs. Made-to-order pieces will typically be shipped out 4 months following the finalization of the given account’s contract. Bulk orders of “Boutique Faves by Frill” will be shipped within 1 month following the order’s completion. Sorority orders are shipped out for a flat rate of $50. (These shipments include individualized packaging and labeling.)
Currently, the only country outside of the USA that Frill ships to is Canada. Customers are required to pay any duties or taxes upon arrival of the order into the country. If the goods are refused, the purchaser is still responsible for the shipping fees incurred. The shipping rate for Canada is $25. Please contact Frill for any international shipping questions.
Returns & Exchanges
At Frill, we are not satisfied unless you are satisfied! We want every customer to love his or her order! For this reason, we will gladly accept any returns or exchanges for the majority of our pieces. Please see below for a full outline of return and exchange policies.
All full-priced items purchased from our “Shop” division, may be returned or exchanged within 15 days following delivery, as long as the item has not been worn, washed or altered. All sale items are final sale and are not eligible for refund, return or exchange.
All full-priced items purchased from our “Bridal Collection” division, may be returned for a full refund within 15 days following delivery, as long as the item has not been worn, washed or altered. Unfortunately, due to time constraints and the fact that these pieces are made-to-order, Frill often does not offer exchanges in this department. All sale items are final sale and are not eligible for refund, return or exchange.
All pieces purchased from our “Sorority Collection” are final sale only. Since these pieces are specifically chosen and designed for the given sorority and are purchased in bulk, these items are not eligible for refund, return or exchange.
Return Shipping Instructions

Information We Collect About You
Any personal information you provide to us is maintained on secure servers and our internal systems. We collect information when you register online or update your account, log-in, place an order, communicate online with our customer service representatives, opt-in to receive our emails, shop online, request a catalog, participate in a sweepstakes, contest, promotion or survey, join our social networking sites. We may also collect information from you when you attend Frill affiliated events.
The Use of Your Information
Any information collected by Frill during purchases, online shopping, etc. is kept strictly confidential. This information is only used to help fulfill your customer experience and to better serve you. Information collected during Frill affiliated events such as fittings, promotional events and sponsored activities is only collected for reference purposes, in event that Frill has concerns about your order.
The only information used for marketing purposes, is that which is explicitly provided for that purpose. The only exception to this is the use of pictures by Frill for promotional exposure. Pictures taken of clients in Frill, posted on social media, are available for Frill to use and re-share. Frill is proud of its products and loves to show off special moments by reposting such images. If you wish for Frill not to use such pictures, you must contact Frill directly via email or mail and state this prior to the publishing of such images. Following the publishing of Images, Frill will not alter or remove content.
Frill wants to ensure the best fit possible. For this reason, Frill has created a completely custom size chart. Please refer to this chart when placing your orders, as it varies slightly from other companies. If you are unsure about the measurements below, please refer to the instructions following the size chart.
Measure over the fullest part of your bust, with the tape measure parallel to the floor.
Measure around the narrowest part of your natural waistline. This is typically found just above your bellybutton. To easily find it, lean slightly to the side and find the crease. This should be your waistline.
Measure around the fullest part of your hip/seat.
For skirts that flare out slightly, it is normally best to base your size choice on your waist measurement. For dresses that are fitted in the bust and flare out in the skirt, it is best to base your size choice on your bust and waist measurements. For dresses that are completely fitted, it is best to base your size choice on your largest measurement. If unsure about measuring, Frill strongly recommends visiting a professional tailor, to ensure the best fit possible.
